Some current projects include...

Black, Rogers, Ruth and Grossman, Attorneys at Law

Customer Support Systems recently replaced the entire office network for the firm.  The installation was done after business hours to minimize down time.  A wireless network was setup and secured for the attorneys to utilize their laptops anywhere in the office.  Remote access was added to allow the attorneys to access their network while they are away.  Looking ahead, downtown Concord is scheduled to become a Internet wireless hotspot.  This will enable each attorney to access to their documents, phone messages, calendar and e-mail from within the courthouse real-time.  This will minimize wasted time while waiting for cases to be called.  Their website and e-mail was also set up by Customer Support Systems.  A web presence www.brrandg.com was needed  to provide a more professional image.  The professional image was extended to include a redesigning their yellow page advertisement.  Customer Support Systems has partnered with the firm to be a one stop shop for all of their technology requirements.
